Question

Why is spark plug 799876 RJ2YLE is not available???

Why manufature a Quantum 675 190cc engine and the spark plug 799876 (Champion RJ2YLE) is not available. Not in any stores nor at any Briggs and Stratton dealers. All the stores I went to and all 4 dealers that I called never heard of the RJ2YLE plug. Not very good marketing for a part that would be in high demand. You can tell I am not happy for all the running around I have been doing.

Question

Can I substitute RJ 2YLE for 802592 (HAB)?

I have a 6.5 HP B&S engine on a Toro lawn mower. It is probably 5 years old (not sure). The spark plug needs to be replaced. I bought a RJ2YLE at the local Home Depot as it was the only Briggs and Stratton plug they had but now I'm not sure I can use it without burning up the poston. What 's the answer? The current plug is 802592 with "HAB" on the other side.

Thanks

Question

What plug should be used to replace RJ2YLE which keeps fouling.

Recently bought a Toro Easy Start Mower with B & G engine. On the first cool day, only about the 8th time I used the mower, it would not start. Removed the plug and it was completely fouled. Went to several retailers and none carried or could find reference to the RJ2 YLE Champion Plug. Finally ordered one on line and received part # 591868.
Every on line posting I read speaks to the problems with fouling with this plug as well as being unable to find replacements.
What should we be using and what is B & G doing to rectify this situation?

Question

Is the Champion RJ19LMC the same as the Champion RJ19LM spark plug?

After reading some of the questions and answers regarding for the Champion RJ2YLE spark plug, I understand the replacement plug is the Champion RJ19LMC. However, when researching that specific plug, I am only able to to find the "RJ19LM". Before I purchase this plug, I want to ensure that this "RJ19LM" is in fact the same plug as stated previously, the RJ19LMC.

RJ19LM is not the same plug. You will need to use the RJ19LMC in your engine. If you cannot locate this part at a local automotive store or a Briggs & Stratton service dealer, you can purchase direct from us here: http://bit.ly/r9w0GN

Is there a replacement for RJ2YXLE plug? Google even changed my search to RJ2YLE. I can't find this plug anywhere.

I have a Craftsman self-propelled mower with electric start. Hate to get rid of it because I can't find parts locally.
